Once heated, add 2 crushed garlic cloves, juice of half a lemon, ½ tsp lemon zest and seasoning. Cook for 3 minutes, and then mix it in your pasta, evenly. Enjoy while it’s warm!

Stuffing: Blend some cashews, water and 1 garlic clove. Blend to a paste, then move to a bowl, add spinach, herbs and seasoning. Boil some manicotti pasta, slice them open, put in the filling and enjoy!

All you need are 4 ingredients! Blend together a ripe banana, 2 oranges, a splash (2 tbsp) of water and 1 tsp vanilla. To enjoy it cold, freeze the fruit overnight! You can also add oats for more texture.
